Delivery & Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note we can only process refunds to the card/payment method you used, if this is not possible - we can offer you a EF SKIN gift card.

Sale and discounted items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  Exchanges are not permitted at this time.

Please note: We only ship to the UK - we aim to get our clients their skincare within 1-3 days of purchasing.

Delivery - Next day service

Our next day service will vary, as we have distribution centres around the UK. 

Mesoestetic - Monday - Thursday before 1PM (No weekend delivery, although we are working hard to make this happen in the near future)

Dermaquest - Monday to Saturday before 1PM

CosMedix - Monday to Friday before 1PM

AQ - Monday to Saturday before 1PM

ALPHASCIENCE- Monday - Friday before 3PM

Standard delivery

For most of our products, we typically post using Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. However, on some occasions we may use alternative postage methods. We are working hard for all our products to remain in one centre/location. 

Damaged products

We use rigid recycled packaging and ensure our products are cushioned with shredded paper. In some cases, products can still be damaged by the delivery company.

In order for us to investigate this with the delivery company and quickly refund you, send the damaged products back to us. Please note: We do not supply prepaid labels at this current time, but we can reimburse postage costs occurred.

Skin allergies / reactions policy

All products that are purchased from EF SKIN should be used in conjunction with the instructions given. As everyone’s skin is different and can react to certain ingredients differently, it’s important to note that new products may induce a negative skin reaction. Therefore, we always advise to patch test products on a small area before first-time use, or you can come in for a consultation with our dermatologists at EF MEDISPA who can assess your skin and advise you on whether a product is appropriate for you. 

EF SKIN is not responsible for any reactions that may occur with product use.  If you experience any sensitivities or allergies, stop use immediately. 

Products are non-refundable upon opening and must be returned in unused condition. 

We are a reseller of multiple brands who share the same policy of no refunds once the product is opened/used. By purchasing with EF SKIN, you agree to these terms and purchase products at your own discretion.
